CogniCards physical products are shipped directly to the customer’s address.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Policy for Physical Goods
If you purchased a physical product, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
- If an item is damaged due to customer misuse, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Since the purchase of a physical product includes access to the digital version, the digital product must also be deleted and a signed declaration statement confirming deletion must be submitted before a refund can be processed.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please email us at refunds@mail.cognabilties.com with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange.
Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only granted under strict conditions.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds for digital goods will only be issued if the customer confirms in writing that they have deleted all copies from all devices, cloud storage, and backups.
- Customers must submit a signed declaration statement confirming deletion before a refund can be processed.
- Refunds for digital goods will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the signed declaration statement.
- If the download link was never accessed, a refund can be granted without requiring a declaration statement.
